Legal question; preying upon the unempoyed…Career network; why is it still in business?
I recently found out about Career Network’s scam. I called to confront only to think they would deny these allegations and admitted instead that yes, some of the jobs posted are phoney. So with that being said; other than business loopholes, how is it this company is still in business, preying on the unemployed in today’s economy only provided false hope?
They also went to court in 2001 facing the same accusations…
It’s still around because nobody has ever been able to show that they are doing anything illegal with the information they collect.
