SOLICITORS FROM HELL WEBSITE- how can it be brought back?
There are so many dubious solicitors in the UK at present, and a website called ‘Solicitors from Hell’ was doing a fairly reasonable job in exposing some of them- this represented some recompense for the ‘small man’ who cannot fight back.
However, whilst this site was not perfect in some of its content (expletives etc), it certainly did represent a ‘shot across the bows’ of the legal profession, some members whom have chosen to persuade the likes of Google and Yahoo to take it
‘off the air’ – effectively setting themselves up as judge and jury-So, the question is, who can be persuaded at Yahoo and Google to change their decisions to allow ‘Solicitors from Hell’ back onto the web to continue ‘waving the flag’ for the common man who does not have the funding to defend himself against such intellectual conmen?
Even as a law student (who isn’t going to be a soclitor) i agree with the fact that some of the law is very unjust i know of a solicior that let a women loose her case that should easily have won just beacuse he and the judge knew the man on trial and to take on the judge would have cost so much (£250.000 she lost)
But some solicitors do work hard not all them are like that and yea it is expensive but do you have any idea how expensive the court system is to make it quicker and more ‘efficent’ the government pushed the prices though the roof! They also have to learn vast amounts of stuff off by heart and be very witty they are paid alot to match the amount of work they do.
