Can a fathers visitaion rights be terminated without loosing child support in Texas?

MY SON IS 11 ,AND HE HAS NEVER SEEN HIS FATHER, AND NOW THAT I HAD A REVIEW IM IN TITLE TO MORE MONEY, NOW HE WANTS TO COME PICK UP MY SON.JUST TO GET BACK AT ME FOR ASKING FOR A RAISE. CAN HE DO THAT?

If the last custody/visitation rights order issued by a judge says he can visit, then he can do that. Just because he hasn’t used his right before does not necessarily mean he has lost that right. If you do not allow the stated visitation, then he can take you back to court for “Contempt of Court”. You really, really need to ask this question of your attorney, ASAP.
