I would like to study journalism, fashion, business management.
or short courses like prosthetics and film makeup.
I have also considered optometry

Sometimes you might like something, it could be listening to music, children and so forth but it does not mean that you would be really interested in working in childcare or primary school or play music. You can incorporate the aspects that you like in the frequency that you like. For instance, you get a job in business and pursue journalism and fashion in your own time. For example, in the weekend. You also have to consider the reality that you need a stable income for present and future.
When thinking of a job or a course to study, you can list out the aspects that you like and dislike about the job. For instance, highly pressured environment against balanced work environment, in what specific industry and so forth..
In choosing which professional course to study. Make sure that you are dedicated to it and you are going to be focused in the field and read what there is to know about the field. You don’t want to start a course and give up midway which cost you time and money.
These are just general ideas, hope it helps you to gain clarity
