Child Support in Texas Question?

My brother is not married to either girl…..but he has 3 kids by one girl and 2 by another girl. He doesn’t make a lot of money, but the mother of his 3 older kids told him he better not give the mother of his other 2 kids any money because she said so and if he does he won’t see his kids and also Texas Law says your suppose to take care of the first family he made, is this true?? I don’t think it’s right if this is true…..I think he should have to take care of all his kids. Neither mother has filed for child support at this time, this is just what she says. Plz Help!!

Right now, neither mother of any of his children can say much of anything. IF they don’t file for child support “oh well” on their part.

Even if he doesn’t pay child support, the mother’s of the children have no right to stop him from seeing his children or use it against him.

IF your brother can father all these children then he needs to step up to the plate and go to Family Court and start paying child support.

All children need to be supported. Tell your brother to do the right thing.
