what do u think about the Lawrence v. Texas case?

The Supreme Court ruled on June 26, 2003, that a Texas law prohibiting homosexual sodomy violated the privacy and liberty of adults!
Do you agree or disagree with the court’s ruling? Why or why not? Should the courts be able to regulate what consenting adults do “behind closed doors”? Why or why not?

What two consenting adults do behind closed doors is no ones business. That says it all. I wouldn’t do it, but I don’t have the right to tell other people what they can or cannot do. Nor does our government have that right.
